Do not follow the diet for more than 14 days.

BREAKFAST (same for all days)

1/2 grapefruit (grapefruit) or any fruit in season
1 slice of bread protein
Coffee or tea (no sugar, cream or milk)

MONDAY

LUNCH
Assorted cold cuts, those who like (fish, chicken, turkey, beef, ...) but meager.
Avoid highly processed foods such as salami or sausage (bologna), sliced tomatoes, grilled or simmered Coffee, tea, or diet soda.
DINNER
Fish or seafood (of any kind) mixed salad (leaves and vegetables), which want 1 slice of bread or fruit Grapefruit proteins season

TUESDAY

LUNCH
Mixed Fruit Salad (the desired)
Coffee or tea
DINNER
Fat burger on the grill and plenty of tomatoes, lettuce, celery, olives, brussels sprouts or cucumber. Coffee or tea.

WEDNESDAY

LUNCH
Tuna or salmon (in water or oil, but well drained) with lemon or vinegar Grapefruit, melon and fruit in season. Coffee or tea


DINNER
Slices of lamb, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, celery. Coffee or tea.

THURSDAY

LUNCH
2 eggs (in any form without fat) Cottage cheese, lowfat zucchini, green beans (green beans) and tomatoes (sliced or simmered) 1 slice of toast. Coffee or tea
DINNER
Roasted chicken (grilled or barbecued and whatever you want) spinach, green peppers, green beans (cooked or raw) and plenty of coffee or tea

FRIDAY

LUNCH
Assorted cheese slices (if slim fast can include some more fatty as Brie) Spinach, whatever 1 toasted bread. Coffee or tea
DINNER
Fish and seafood mixed with so many fresh vegetables and cooked as desired 1 slice bread salad. Coffee or tea

SATURDAY

LUNCH
Fruit salad (all you want) Coffee or tea
DINNER
Roasted turkey or chicken salad tomatoes and lettuce Grapefruit or seasonal fruit Coffee or tea

SUNDAY

LUNCH
Chicken or turkey cold or hot tomatoes, carrots, cabbage (cooked), broccoli or cauliflower coffee or tea
DINNER
Bisteck grilled in abundance (any cut) Salad of lettuce, cucumbers, celery and tomatoes (sliced or cooked). Brussels sprouts Coffee or tea


In the second week repeat all menus again.

After completing the 14-day pass to the program to stay slim (PMD). If after another 14 days want to lose more weight back two weeks the previous plan (DMS).
